Linda Keränen (b. 1995) is a photographic artist and visual arts student at Turku Arts Academy, originally from North Karelia.
In photography, she is inspired by the resilience of the human mind — the ability to adapt, recover, and grow through psychological challenges and life changes. Through her art, she seeks to highlight events that evoke difficult emotions, often surrounded by a strong culture of silence.
For her, art has become a way to process emotions, helping her navigate discomfort and challenging periods while seeking a deeper understanding of them. Keränen aims for her works to shake the viewer, urging them to pause and reflect on difficult emotions — perhaps even confronting their own struggles and experiences.
